NEW! FURIOUS FINISHERS
After finishing an intense 5-minute home workout, prepare yourself for a new challenge. The Furious Five app has introduced "finishers" designed to push you further and extract every last drop of sweat. However, these finishers are entirely optional.
5-DAY CHALLENGE
By successfully completing your first routine, you unlock a 5-day challenge. Complete all 5 days consecutively to earn Furious Medals. If you're up for it, aim to collect all 24.
FULL-BODY WARM-UPS
- Each routine includes skippable warm-ups carefully designed to prime your entire body for the upcoming intense workout. We take great care in ensuring that your body isn't caught off guard.

Furious Five is tailored to challenge even the most seasoned athletes. Our fitness routines have been put to the test by Calisthenics champions and CrossFit Games athletes, guaranteeing their utmost effectiveness.
Furious Five's fitness challenges can serve as standalone workouts or as powerful supplements to your existing exercise regimen.
APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION
You have the option to sync your workout data from Furious Five with Apple Health. By utilizing your Apple Watch, you can accurately track the number of calories burned.
STAY SAFE
- Furious Five workouts are incredibly intense, so it is crucial that you prioritize your safety and exercise within your fitness level. We highly recommend always undergoing the 5-minute warm-up before starting any routine. If you experience dizziness, it is important to stop the workout. Feel free to pause the routine and catch your breath if needed—it's perfectly acceptable to take a moment.
